The Streets of Old San Juan
Can you imagine yourself trying to find a hotel in Old San Juan on Easter Sunday? Everything affordable was already booked, others too expensive. Luckily our friend Misha had sent a few addresses to Kurt, so when we enquired about that particular guest house, the Tourist Office said that they could not recommend it but that they could call for us. We knew what to expect, it was in our price range and 2 streets away from the parking. Let's take it.
On to another street, a man selling dried plantain. Next, this beautiful tree covered street (San Juan St.) leading down to San Juan Gate. I wouldn't be surprised if this would be the old entrance to the city.
